Kakobuy spreadsheet not working? Start here.
Before you conclude the sheet is gone, separate the three failures: the page will not load, the page loads but is empty, or the links inside it fail. They have different fixes.

Start with the symptom
Does the page open at all?
Network, blocker, region or DNS. Try a second browser and a different network before anything else.
Go to Q2.
Does it load but show no rows?
Cache, script, or the sheet was moved. Hard-refresh, then open the partner search.
Go to Q3.
Do the row links fail?
Product moved or sold out. Search the item ID; if it is gone, treat the row as dead.
The sheet is working. Check the price and QC before you buy.
Six causes
What usually went wrong
Network or region
The sheet host is slow or blocked from your network.
Fix: Try another network or a mobile hotspot.
Script blocker
The sheet needs a script that your blocker removed.
Fix: Disable the blocker for that host and reload.
Stale cache
An old version is being served.
Fix: Hard-refresh or open a private window.
Sheet moved
The owner changed the URL or permissions.
Fix: Open the owner’s index page, not the old bookmark.
Product gone
The row points to a sold-out or removed item.
Fix: Search the item ID; treat a 404 as a dead row.
Page too heavy
Thousands of rows or images time out.
Fix: Use the search or category page instead.
Recover the row
Use the ID, not the bookmark
If you have the item ID, you do not need the old sheet. Paste it into the QC finder or the partner search and open the current row. A dead bookmark is not a dead product.
If you do not have the ID, search by title and brand. Then verify the image and the product page before you trust the result.

Four questions when it breaks
The sheet opens blank. Is it gone?
Not necessarily. Try a different browser, disable a script blocker, and open the partner search directly. If the sheet is a Google Sheet, check that you are signed into the right account.
A row link returns 404. What now?
The product may have moved or sold out. Search the item ID on the partner index, or use the QC finder to see whether another row matches.
Why is the page slow?
Large sheets and embedded images are the usual cause. Try the partner search or the category page instead of loading the whole sheet.
Can you fix the partner’s page?
No. We can point you to a working route and explain the cause. The partner controls its own pages and stock.
Still stuck?
Paste the ID into the finder. If it cannot parse, the row is probably gone, not hidden.
