Field guide · eight details
Kakobuy QC photos meaning, detail by detail.
A QC photo is not one image; it is a set of claims. This guide maps eight details to the question each one answers, and the defects that should stop a shipment.

Ask better
A request that gets a useful photo
“Front, back, tag close-up, and a flat measurement across the chest and the length. If there is a print, photograph it straight on. If the item has a zipper, please show it open and closed.”
Vague requests produce vague photos. Name the angle, the part and the number you need. If the agent cannot provide it, ask what they can provide before you approve.
A blurry photo is not evidence. Ask for a retake while the parcel is still in the warehouse; after it ships, the cost of a mistake moves to you.
Questions
Four questions about QC details
What does a QC photo usually include?
A front and back view, a tag or label close-up, the hardware or print, and sometimes a flat measurement. The exact set depends on the item and the agent.
What is a red-light defect?
A defect that makes the item unsuitable: wrong size, broken hardware, a missing part, a stain that will not come out. Cosmetic issues are usually amber, not red.
Can a photo hide a defect?
Yes. A photo can be angled, lit or cropped to hide a flaw. That is why you ask for specific angles and measurements, not just “more photos”.
Should I pay for extra photos?
Sometimes. If the item is expensive or the defect is hard to see, an extra close-up can be cheaper than a return. Ask the agent for the fee first.
Read the set, not the first photo
One good angle can hide three bad ones. Ask for the set, then decide.
