Kakobuy size guide: trust centimetres, not letters.
Most size complaints start with a letter. A letter is a convention; a centimetre is a measurement. Take two numbers once and use them everywhere.
Measure
Four numbers, two minutes
Foot length
Heel against a wall, paper under the foot, mark the longest toe. Measure in cm. Use the longer foot and add 0.5 cm for socks.
Chest
Tape under the arms, around the fullest part, level all the way round. Snug, not tight. Arms down.
Shoulder
From the outer edge of one shoulder point to the other, across the back — not across the front.
Length
From the highest point of the shoulder to the hem. Lay a garment you already own flat and measure it the same way.

Read the listing
Where the real number lives
A listing usually has a measurement table in the description or the image set. If it does, that table wins over any conversion chart on this page. If it does not, ask the agent for a flat measurement before you approve QC.
The size column in a spreadsheet is a note, not a guarantee. Treat it as the size you ordered, then verify the measurement against the listing.

What goes wrong
Your US 9 is not a reliable EU 42 across brands. The insole in centimetres is.
Two hoodies in the same letter can differ by one size because the blank and the factory differ.
Cotton can shrink. If you are between sizes, the larger one is usually the safer bet for a first order.

How do I measure my foot?

Why do two items in the same size fit differently?
Different blanks, different factories, different grading. That is why the measurement table matters more than the label.
What if the listing has no table?
Ask the agent for a flat measurement before you approve QC. If neither exists, treat the purchase as a gamble and size up or skip it.
